2. Why do we process personal data?

The service requires the processing of personal data. searches for available freelancers in the film and TV industry using the criteria set by the production companies and compiles these into a list of potential candidates. We supply personal data of available professionals to production companies for their further contact.

3. What information does the registry contain?

Our registry contains the following information regarding the registrant:
First name
E-mail address
Phone number
Place of residence
Number of years experience in the field
Work duties

In addition, the person can complete their profile to the desired extent with additional information.

4. From which sources are the data collected from?

The person completes their own information in their own profile.

5. How is the transfer of data secured?

Information is stored technically protected. We supply personal data of available professionals to production companies for them to further contact at their personal discretion and volition. The freelancer registry can only be accessed by the registry controller and separately designated technical persons. Only assigned individuals have the right to process and maintain the data within the registry. Users of the registry are bound by a confidentiality agreement.

6. How can I check and modify the information in the register?

The applicant can check and modify their information in the registry by logging into their own profile. Information can be deleted at the applicant’s request or if the customer relationship with us as the service provider is terminated. The registry applicant has the right to check what information regarding them is held within the register itself. The request must be made in writing to the administrator of the registry. The applicant in the registry has the right to make changes in the information that may be incorrectly entered in the register.

7. How is the register protected?

Personal information is kept confidential. The data network and hardware of the data controller and its potential IT partners, where the registry is located, are protected by a firewall and other necessary technical measures.
